You may return your merchandise for either an exchange or a full refund in the amount originally purchased within 30 days. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to cover the cost of shipping to return your merchandise. The customer will be fully responsible for the shipping costs of a return. If you are returning after the 30 day period, a re-stocking fee of $20 will be applied. Please email us at email@example.com to submit your return or exchange request.
If your merchandise arrives damaged to your home due to shipping and handling: please take a photo of your damage and submit it along with your Order # and Date of shipment and we will process your claim as quickly as possible! If it is deemed damaged due to shipment, we will cover the cost for you to ship it back to us as a courtesy for an exchange or a full refund in the amount you originally paid via Paypal.
